If you are covered by one of these plans, we will submit the charges for any covered services for you. If you have insurance other than those listed, payment is required at the time of service. You should then submit your paid receipt to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly. Always save your receipt since you may need it for your insurance or tax return.
Payment is always expected at the time of service unless you have made prior arrangements with the Billing Department.
Co-payments and known coinsurances MUST be paid for at the time of treatment.
Although Hilton Health Care, P. C. participates with your health insurance plan in most cases, there may be times when you will be sent for the following services:
In addition, samples collected at the office that are not used for in office testing, go to ACM labs for processing.
The entities we refer you to may not be “in network” with your
health insurance plan and you may get a bill from them.
It is your responsibility to verify that these types of visits
and/or tests are covered by your insurance.
We will provide you with the appropriate phone numbers to call
and inquire as to whether or not those entities participate in
your health insurance plan.
